Your documents

You can upload PDF, DOCX, PPTX and TXT documents, or paste text. Uploaded files are read on our server to extract text, without writing the originals to disk. Uploading alone does not send a document to OpenAI. When you run a comparison, the extracted text from your brief and offers is sent to OpenAI through its API. We request no application-level response storage. Provider processing and retention remain subject to its terms. Please use redacted documents and avoid personal, confidential or sensitive project data in this preview.

The application does not write document text, file names or reports to its database. File names, source locations and reports are held in memory during processing; completed reports are available for up to 30 minutes or until a restart. We count document-reading attempts to limit repeated uploads. Results and source text stay in your open browser tab. Downloading a workspace saves the extracted text and file references to your device, without the original file bytes. Closing or refreshing the tab can lose your work.

Functional session and measurement

A functional browser cookie supports daily allowances and access to your results. It lasts up to one year. We store a hashed session ID, a keyed hash of the connection IP for fair-use limits, comparison state, and dates. We also count page visits, example use, completed comparisons, exports and helpfulness feedback, with campaign labels from the page URL. These are service measurements; no third-party advertising or analytics scripts are used. Do not put personal information in campaign parameters.

Connection details may appear in web-server logs. Operational records are retained for up to 30 days; paid balances, if enabled, must be retained for service and accounting needs. You can request access, correction or deletion using the email above. A browser session may be needed to identify anonymous records. Information is used to operate the requested service, prevent abuse and improve it.

Payments

The public preview is free. If payments are enabled on a test instance, they are clearly marked as test payments. Stripe handles card details; this app receives a checkout reference and payment status. Paid packs are not publicly offered in this preview.

Review the output

AI can miss or misinterpret requirements. We check exact source quotations, but this does not establish that a supplier meets your requirements. Review the original documents before making commitments. Extraction does not read images, and scanned PDFs require OCR before upload. Inspect tables and any flagged pages or slides.
